Executive Coaching
supports you in a confidential, personalized, one-on-one partnership
to explore possibilities, identify solutions, and design plans of
vision and focused action to create the results and relationships
that work for you.
• 3-month,
6-month programs using a guideline of 3, one-hour scheduled
conversations per month, usually by phone.

“Just-in-time” coaching includes an extended initial conversation or
two with additional coaching on the phone only when requested - for
those important meetings, issues or strategic conversations.
Team
Coaching

Team Coaching
supports individual contributions, team collaboration, coordinating
action, creating strategic visions, maintaining focus and forwarding
action. This may include coaching for the team leader as well as
coaching team interaction.

3-month, 6-month programs, in person or by phone, with a specific
result focus.

Available: The Birkman Method® Questionnaire, the Birkman PSN®
(Personal Strengths and Needs Assessment = 360° feedback) and other
supporting tools.
